Hi I am Adam, I've been here since the beginning of time and I am here to remind people of some of the things that make us healthy human beings, like not being a complete and utter gluten for everything that we can possibly get our hands on. Eve, my wife, has gone mad shopping for every bit of stuff that you can possibly imagine. I am just grabbing a hold of myself and starting to get the picture, I will have her convinced soon, its a serious bone of contention. There's alot of stuff to work out, but in the end its quite simple.... We are perfect the way we are, no stuff, no things, no frills, no needs!!!
