Okay then, we are facing more crisis news. Everything seems to be going off at the same time. A mate of mine Gavin replied with these comments after this article was passed around our crew of friends.

I've been following the work of James Lovelock (author of Gaia) His work is often interpreted as being rather controversial but he is somebody that I would have a great deal of respect for.

Anyway James suggests that the planet is a living organism and functions as a self regulating system with positive and negative feedback loops between the biosphere, the geosphere and the atmosphere.

Recently in a presentation to the Royal Society in London James suggested that "The Earth is joining our act of global warming and in fact is doing so with growing enthusiasm!!"
