So we're all beta-testing this new website, and reporting problems to info@edenbee.com... but what kind of feedback should we send?
If something clearly doesn't work then its a no-brainer to report that, but I've noticed a few subtler issues too.
For instance, I hadn't noticed that lots of discussion topics have been started here in The Hive. Possibly because I haven't visited The Hive often, and had assumed that I'd notice these things elsewhere, but the homepage and groups page only shows 'popular discussions' rather than 'new discussions'. Making this kind of activity more noticable to me would really help to engage me in the community more.
I'll send this feedback to the Edenbee guys. It'd be really handy if you could send in stuff like that too. And it really helps to detail the problem in this way, rather than just suggesting a feature without saying what problem it fixes.
