Air to breath - good.
Too many people on tiny little footpaths - bad.
Since the 5axle ban, inner city kids being taken to hospital with life threatening asthma attacks has HALVED.
This affects the health of everyone in Dublin. Heart attack, stroke and cancer will all be reduced too if the center becomes civilised.
