I am looking for some healthy, easy to prepare recipes that I don't have to go looking for bizarre ingredients. I get an organic basket every Friday and they send some recipes with it but looking for more! Help!

    Hi Dave!
Healthy recipes are always my interests! But unfortunately I am not a good cook, my mothere is. She enjoys cooking with full of healthy stuff! If you are interested in Korean food(in totally different style from European's) I can ask my mother some recipes. But you know, Korean food is quite spicy ;-)
Anyway, what about you out there? What do you usually cook for your health and the environment? Just simple thing, please~

This isn't spicy: or can be :)

Buckwheat kasha (groats) - cooks very quickly..
You put some chopped onions on heated oil & fry a bit, you can also add grated/sliced carrots or other veggies like tomato etc, &/or tuna or such.. add basil, oregano, maybe some chilli if you like.. (&laurel leaf if you add tuna) Put on top of the kasha, add grated cheese if you like..- very easy, very quick!
Also serve with lettuce salad or such..
We used to eat this about 1x a week or so cause it's so simple & quick to make!!

Some people do kasha with mushrooms or such too..

Sun, I'm interested in any yummy Korean recipes too!! :)
