Consider what you ask for in your rider

We try not to waste food, and not order stuff just for the sake of it. We also encourage the promoter to buy as ethically as possible by mentioning the following: - Fair Trade products where possible. - No disposable utensils - glasses, cutlery etc. - No excess packaging. - Locally sourced fresh food where possible. - Cold meats from a deli counter to save on pre processed packaging. - Bring your own re usable water bottles (haven't done this yet but would like to for future tours)
