Edenbee

Turn off the water in your shower occasionally

Use the running water just for wetting and rinsing... Turn it off when you're letting conditioner soak into your hair, shaving your legs, exfoliating, or anything else that requires time but doesn't really require hot running water going down the drain

I purchased a shower head that has a heat sensitive "almost" shut-off valve. When I turn the water on, I crank the hot water as fast as it will go. When the water gets warm enough, the water coming out of the shower head slows to a trickle. I then adjust the hot and cold to the positions for my desired shower temperature, pull a lever so the water comes out of the shower head at full force, wait a few seconds, then jump in the shower.
It is not a low-flow shower head, but it is 1.59gpm.
It is the Roadrunner model made by Evolve Shower Heads. www.evolveshowerheads.com
