      I find them in my local supermarket. I live in Finland. Have a look around, I'm sure they are somewhere close.

      I've bought them from Recyclenow in the past but there service was shocking or Tesco have them in their 'Naturally' range.

      Superquinn have them( the bigger stores) and eco logic on the way to dundrum. And I think cultivate in Temple Bar probably have them too.

      My dad does it all the time! In Ireland plastic bags were banned and to be honest it works just fine. It also promotes more awareness, in fact its good to turn down a plastic bag and say this directly to the supplier that you are turning it down for this reason. Shops, supermarkets are conscious of the customer so there is a need from the consumer to voice their concerns.

      If I have a plastic bag, then I definitely reuse it. I use the biodegadable ones mostly for the bio waste, so I know I'm not throwing anything 'bad' into the big collective Finnish compost heap they must have somewhere. They are also good for dog poop :)
