Insulate my cavity walls
Filling cavity walls limits up to a third of domestic heat loss, paying for itself within two years and cutting up to €230 (£160) a year from your fuel bills. And it's a lot less painful that having cavities filled at the dentist. Besides when did your dentist last save you €230 (£160)? Get filling.

I'd give a shout out to doctoral, looks like he's done it and maybe able to help. In the meantime I'll do some snooping around and let you know what I find out.

Hi there,
Sorry about the late reply. We used Warfill silver bead insulation. The installer was DKS http://www.warmfill.com/warmfill_IRinstallers.htm.
This might not be the most environmentally friendly product, but one has to weigh that up against the energy saved after it is installed. It is also affordable. The installers did a wonderful job and were done in a day with no mess. They will even paint over the holes if you give them the right coloured paint.
